Believe it or not, we’ve been ringing in the New Year from beneath the palm trees for 70 fabulous years, and this year is set to be just as magical as ever.
Join us for an unforgettable New Years Eve experience on Tuesday 31st December as we farewell 2024 in style.
Indulge in an exquisite 4 or 6 course menu as you relax under a star-lit sky, explore the wine list & soak in the atmosphere Nautilus has become renowned for.
Book for the Early Sitting to indulge in a two-hour twilight degustation dining experience. Kick off the night with a delicious 4-course menu, then kick up your heels on Macrossan Street or view the family-friendly fireworks over the waterfront at 8pm.
The Main Sitting is our main event – bringing you a long, luxurious evening of fine food, fine wine & fine company to see out the year in style.

Main Sitting
Arrival times from 6.30pm – late | 6 Course Degustation | $200pp
Take your seat beneath the swaying palms to enjoy an indulgent 6-course degustation. Peruse the extensive wine list & allow the cocktail menu to tempt you, because tonight we celebrate! Relax & soak in the enchanting atmosphere as the clock ticks towards 2025.

Cancellation Policy
Credit card details are required to secure all bookings. No deposit is taken, however all cancellations must be received by December 26th. Any cancellations or decreases in booking size after this date will incur the full cost of the menu.
Dietary Requirements
Only pescatarian and gluten free menu options are available. Due to the busy nature of the evening, no further changes can be made to the menu. Please confirm all dietary requirements/allergies upon booking as requests on the evening cannot be accommodated.
Children & Babies
To maintain the unique ambiance of Nautilus, we offer an adults-only dining environment. Children 12 or older are welcome but please be aware they must partake in our set degustation menu. Babysitter recommendations provided on request.
