Book for the Early Sitting to indulge in a two-hour twilight degustation dining experience. Ideal for anyone planning to view the first spectacular fireworks display over the waterfront at 8pm.

The perfect start to your evening of celebrations. Enjoy an incredible 4-course degustation as the sun sets on the last day of 2023. Then kick up your heels & party the night away on nearby Macrossan St or take in the fireworks over Rex Smeal Park.

Arrival times from 6.30pm – late | 7 Course Degustation | $200pp
Spend New Year’s Eve under the stars with us. Indulge in a luxurious degustation menu, expertly curated by Executive Chef Steve Ritchie, with each delicious course a further treat to the senses. Relax & soak in the enchanting atmosphere as the clock ticks towards 2024.

Cancellation Policy
Credit card details are required to secure all bookings. No deposit is taken, however all cancellations must be received by December 26th. Any cancellations or decreases in booking size after this date will incur the full cost of the menu.
Dietary Requirements
Only pescatarian and gluten free menu options are available. Due to the busy nature of the evening, no further changes can be made to the menu. Please confirm all dietary requirements/allergies upon booking as requests on the evening cannot be accommodated.
Children & Babies
To maintain the unique ambiance of Nautilus, we offer an adults-only dining environment. Children 12 or older are welcome but please be aware they must partake in our set degustation menu. Babysitter recommendations provided on request.
