OPENING HOURS: Nautilus is open for dinner Tuesday – Saturday from 5.30pm. Open Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
MENU : Our menu is a set five-course degustation curated by Executive Chef Steve Ritchie. An exploration of tastes, textures and techniques, served with a distinctive North Queensland twist, this dining style allows guests to experience the best from the Nautilus kitchen.
The degustation menu evolves regularly, changing for seasonality and introducing exciting new flavours & local produce.
There is no a la carte menu.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS: Pescatarian, Vegetarian and Seafood-Free degustation menus are available by pre-order only. Please specify in your booking notes how many guests require each special dietary menu. Unless specified in advance, all guests receieve our Classic Nautilus Degustation.
Please note that our degustation menu and components of each dish are carefully selected by our Executive Chef to create a balanced tasting. While we accommodate allergies where possible, changes cannot be made for personal tastes or preference.
You must advise us upon making your booking if you or any of your guests have any allergies or dietary requirements. We are unable to cater for dietaries without 24hrs notice and cannot accommodate these if you only advise us on the evening.
Due to the style of the Nautilus menu, we unfortunately cannot accommodate the following diets: low-FODMAP, vegan, kosher, halal, keto, no-onion/garlic, or combinations of multiple dietary requirements. If you are unsure, please ask us.
CHILDREN & BABIES: To maintain the unique atmosphere of Nautilus for all our guests, we do not accommodate babies or children under 12. Children over 12 are welcome to dine with us but also partake in the set degustation menu. There is no children’s menu.
Babysitter recommendations provided on request.

WAIT LIST: If your desired reservation time or date is fully booked, please join our wait list as a table may become available closer to the date.
