We’re bringing a taste of Japan to the tropics for one night only with a special seven-course Japanese degustation, Thursday December 10th.
Designed by Nautilus Sous Chef Hideki Ishizaki, the seven-course menu offers an evocative taste of Japan with a contemporary fusion of fresh local and imported produce.
Put your taste buds in the hands of our talented chefs for the evening, relax in the lush rainforest setting and experience our Japanese omakase — a tasting menu in which the chef decides the meal (omakase means “to entrust”).
Each course showcases different styles of Japanese culinary techniques and distinctive ingredients of Japan – a country that boasts the highest number of three-Michelin-star restaurants in the world.
If you’re looking for the perfect wine to enhance the flavours of each dish, optional wine pairings are available. Wines have been chosen to complement or contrast with the intricate combination of rich to delicate ingredients and sweet to umami flavours running throughout the menu.
